Refund policy

Before launch

You may cancel your early-access pre-order at any time before access is delivered and receive a full refund to the original payment method.

If launch is delayed

If LOVIGIN Finance is not delivered by 1 November 2026, we will offer a full refund. We may also offer a revised delivery date, but we will not move your pre-order to it without your agreement.

After access is delivered

Your annual billing period begins on the payment date, not the date access is delivered. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Request a refund within 14 days after your first access or any renewal for a full refund of the corresponding payment. If you cancel after those 14 days, we will refund the unused portion of the current paid billing period on a pro-rata basis. We calculate the unused portion from the date we receive your cancellation request to the end of that billing period.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email finance@lovigin.com from the address used at checkout. You may make the request at any time. Refunds are sent to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary. This policy does not limit rights you have under applicable law.

Government and third-party fees

Government filing fees are not included in the LOVIGIN Finance subscription and cannot be refunded by LOVIGIN Finance.
