About the offer

You are pre-ordering early-access compliance software for one UK limited company. Expected delivery is 1 November 2026. Features may change during development, but material reductions will be explained before launch.

Price and statutory fees

£149 is charged when you pre-order. Your annual subscription starts on the payment date and renews automatically for £149 one year later, then every year, unless you cancel. Access is expected on the date above; the billing anniversary does not depend on the access date. If access is not delivered by that date, you may request a full refund instead of accepting a revised date. Government, Companies House, HMRC and other third-party fees are not included.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, review outputs and submit or approve filings by their deadlines. LOVIGIN Finance is software, not an accounting firm, and does not provide accounting, tax or legal advice.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time by emailing finance@lovigin.com from the address used at checkout. Cancellation stops future automatic renewals. Before access is delivered, you may cancel for a full refund. After access is first delivered, or after any renewal, you may request a full refund within 14 days. After that 14-day period, we will refund the unused portion of the paid subscription period on a pro-rata basis. Refunds are made to the original payment method. See the refund policy for details.

Launch delay

If the product is not launched by the stated date, we will offer a full refund or ask for your explicit agreement to a revised date.

Availability and liability

The early-access service may contain defects or change. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. [REVIEW: add governing law, consumer/business status, liability cap and statutory-rights language.]
